The great news is that you don’t have to travel far, during winter there are ice rinks on the strip or you can head of one of the indoor rinks, which are within easy distance of the strip.

Las Vegas Ice Center

The Las Vegas Ice Center offers a number of rinks and a wide choice of skating options to appeal to the entire family. They offer public skating, hockey and even private parties. They also offer a great “Learn to Skate” program if the children are on skates for the very first time.

SoBe Ice Arena

SoBe Ice Arena is easily accessible from Las Vegas. They offer public skating at various intervals throughout the day and week, it is usually advisable to call ahead and confirm the times they will be open to the public before heading out.

Ice Rink Boulevard Pool

Each winter the Boulevard Pool is turned into a magical outdoor ice rink, a great way to spend some family fun time together while still enjoying the sights and lights of the strip.

Southern Nevada Sports Center

This sports center offers a choice of public skating times and the convenience of skating lessons all under one roof. The sporting center rink is usually open for training, but they do provide public times where you can hire some skates and get on the ice for a fun day.
