Frenchman Mountain Summits

The Frenchman Mountain Summits are one of the top choices for more experienced hikers who are looking for a challenging trail. This half day hike is demanding and requires good footing and a basic understanding of hiking safety.

Echo Canyon – Fossil Ridge Loop

The Echo Canyon trail is a moderate hike that takes you over four miles across the famous Red Rock Canyon. There are a choice of trails to take advantage of depending on experience.

Red Rock Canyon

Red Rock has over two thousand climbing routes to take advantage of. You can also hike and climb over two days taking advantage of the overnight permits on offer. The Red Rock Canyon is open from 6am daily throughout the year, though note that the closing times do vary depending on the season. It’s worthwhile checking with information as you go in to ensure you know what time the gates close.

Charleston Peak

Charleston Peak is the highest peak in South Nevada and offers a choice of top hiking trails for you to take advantage of. Less than an hour from Las Vegas, you can enjoy anything from beginner hiking trails to advanced climbing routes and so much more.

Red Rock Climbing Center

If you have the urge to go rock climbing and it happens to be one of the very few wet days in Las Vegas, then you can take advantage of the Red Rock Climbing Center which is eight thousand square feet of climbing walls reaching heights of up to thirty five meters. The climbing center caters to a choice of levels and experiences.
